Because our products are handmade, perishable food items and made fresh to order, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Unsafe to consume

  • Incorrect

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate, we may ask for:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the products

  • Photographs of the packaging

Resolution

Where a claim is approved, we may offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit or a gift voucher equal to the value of the affected item

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We cannot provide refunds, replacements or credits where:

  • An incorrect delivery address was supplied

  • Delivery was delayed due to circumstances outside our control

  • The recipient was unavailable to receive the order

  • Products have not been stored according to any storage instructions provided

  • The customer simply changes their mind after purchase
