How long do the dates last?

Our handmade dates will last 7 days in the fridge and can be kept in the freezer for up to a month.  Please refer to the storage instructions included with your order for guidance on keeping them at their best.

How should I store my dates?

Best stored in the fridge.

Are your dates suitable for gifting?

Absolutely. Our luxury date boxes are designed with gifting in mind and are perfect for birthdays, celebrations, thank you gifts, corporate gifting and special occasions. Each box is decorated with a Chocolate Brown bow and can come with a gift card if wanted. 

Can I choose my flavours?

Yes. Where available, you can create your own box by selecting your favourite flavours from our menu.

Do you cater for allergies?

Our products contain a variety of ingredients including dairy, nuts, gluten and other allergens.

Please check our allergen information before ordering. Dairy Free, Gluten Free and Nut Free flavours are shown on the 'Menu' tab.

If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before placing an order as the dates are made in a kitchen that handles a variety of allergens,.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every box is handmade individually by The Sweet Shop Company, meaning each order receives personal care and attention.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

As our products are handmade, fresh food items made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes, you can add a short personal message with your order. Please check the options at checkout.

Do you offer corporate gifting?

Yes, we love creating beautiful gifts for businesses and special events. Please contact us for larger orders and enquiries.
