During busy periods, seasonal launches and holidays, dispatch times may vary slightly. We will always keep you updated if there are any delays.

We use trusted delivery partners DPD to ensure your treats arrive safely and securely.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where available.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

Receiving Your Order

Our products are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and photographs so we can help.

Storage

For the best taste and quality, please keep your dates in the fridge and follow the storage instructions included with your order.

As our products are handmade and contain fresh ingredients, we recommend enjoying them within the week- please note they can be frozen for up to a month (if they last that long).

If you are gifting your order, please consider delivery timing to ensure it reaches the recipient at its freshest.
