All products are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance, decoration, colour and finish from photographs displayed on our website.
We reserve the right to amend product recipes, ingredients, decorations or packaging where necessary.
3. Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with:

- Peanuts
- Soy
- Wheat/Gluten
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before purchasing.
If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
We reserve the right to amend prices without notice.
5. Orders
An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary.
6. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather conditions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Refunds & Replacements
As our products are made fresh to order and are perishable food items, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Where products arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement product or gift voucher in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, logos, branding, graphics and text, remains the property of The Sweet Shop Company Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the value of the products purchased.
